Double Recipe as Needed.
Add-Ins: Sautéed onions or diced dill pickles can be mixed in with the ground beef and cheese for the filling.
Make Ahead: Fill jalapenos and wrap with bacon. Place in a single layer in a casserole dish or baking pan. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to one day in advance.
Storage: Store leftover jalapeno poppers in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat: Place jalapeno poppers onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°.
