- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder, pepper and ground cinnamon.
Whisk together until well combined.
Store in an airtight container in the pantry up to 3 months. Stir with a fork before using.
