- 5 boneless pork chops
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with hickory or oak for smoke flavor.
Set pork chops out to come to room temperature while the grill gets hot.
In a bowl, combine honey, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, granulated garlic, minced onion, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and red chili flakes.
Place pork chops over direct heat and cook 3- 5 minutes. Flip pork chops and brush with honey bbq glaze.
Cook another 5 minutes and flip pork chops. Brush with honey bbq glaze and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145° with a digital thermometer.
Remove pork chops from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of water, covered over medium heat about 5 minutes.
