- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese finely grated
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, minced fresh garlic, granulated onion, dried thyme, salt, pepper.
Mix well and fold in fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavors develop.
For the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Out Grilling Sweet BBQ Rub, tossing to coat evenly.
Preheat your grill to 350°F. Place the wings over indirect heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy. Remove from grill and cut into drums and flats.
