Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese finely grated

For Chicken Wings

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, minced fresh garlic, granulated onion, dried thyme, salt, pepper.
  • Mix well and fold in fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavors develop.

For the Wings

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Out Grilling Sweet BBQ Rub, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your grill to 350°F. Place the wings over indirect heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy. Remove from grill and cut into drums and flats.
  • Serve wings with the Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce.

Notes

  • Baking Option: If you prefer, bake the wings on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet at 400°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Air Fryer Option: Cook the wings in an air fryer at 375°F for 12- 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  • Storage: Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Store and Reheat Wings: Store wings in a separate airtight container in the refrigerator 2-3 days. Reheat wings in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
