- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Ad brown sugar with garlic, onion, rosemary, thyme, basil, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and dry mustard to a bowl.
Use a fork to mix and break up any clumps of brown sugar.
Store in an airtight container up to 3 months, stir before using.
Uses: Great for grilling burgers, pork chops, steaks, chicken or vegetables.
Variations:
- Citrus: To add citrus flavor try adding True Lemon or True Lime in place of dried orange peel or lemon peel that doesn't actually have much flavor.
- Additions: Celery seed, sesame seeds, onion flakes or garlic flakes are also great options for more texture and flavor.
