Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon brown mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add whole berry cranberry sauce and jellied cranberry sauce to a sauce pan. You can use an immersion blender or hand mixer to slightly blend. This is just to slightly break up the whole cranberries and it’s optional.
  • Add the orange marmalade, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion, pepper, salt and cinnamon.
  • Whisk the mixture together and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally and bring the mixture to a low boil.
  • Lower to simmer and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before brushing over ham or turkey.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: This glaze is perfect to make ahead. Cool completely before spooning into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  • Reheat: If made ahead, warm slightly over low heat to make it easy to brush over meat
