- 4 medium Russet Potatoes peeled, diced, rinsed and dried
- 2 bell peppers diced
- 2 medium onions diced
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ cup beef tallow or cooking oil
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and coat generously with beef tallow or cooking oil.
Add potatoes to the griddle, spreading them into a single layer to ensure crispiness.
Add bell peppers and onions to the griddle, mixing with potatoes.
Season generously with granulated garlic, kosher salt, smoked paprika and black pepper.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until potatoes are crispy and vegetables are tender.
