Ingredients

  • 20 ounce Shredded Hashbrown Potatoes refrigerated
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup beef tallow
  • 1 tablespoon Out Grilling SPG Seasoning or garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Melt tallow onto the griddle.
  • Spread the Simply Potatoes Hashbrowns evenly onto the hot griddle.
  • Season generously with Out Grilling SPG Seasoning Salt or garlic salt.
  • Allow hashbrowns to cook until golden brown and crispy, stir occasionally until crisp.
  • Using a spatula, scrape into a square.
  • Sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the crispy hashbrowns.
  • Cook another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from griddle, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Tip for Using Whole Potatoes: After shredding potatoes, rinse well and dry completely.
