Grilled Garlic Pork Chops

Grilled Garlic Pork Chops make a quick and easy family meal that is sure to please. Thick- cut, boneless pork chops are seasoned with our homemade pork rub and grilled to perfection with hardwood smoke for a tasty main dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops boneless, thick-cut
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup Pork Rub

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Place on a clean baking sheet and coat both sides with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle pork rub over both sides of pork chops, pressing the rub down onto the pork chops. Set aside at room temperature.
  • Prepare a grill fire to 300° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
  • Grill pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pork chops and continue to cook another 8- 10 minutes until pork reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill to a serving platter. Rest pork chops 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated in olive oil over medium heat. Stir to heat from both sides.
