- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- ½ cup Maple Glaze
Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper.
Make the maple glaze and set aside.
Cook pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Flip the pork chops and brush with maple glaze.
Continue to cook with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Brush the pork chops with maple glaze and then turn the pork chop and brush the top side with maple glaze. Continue to cook until pork chops reach 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Store leftover pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until heated through.
