Grilled Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Grilled Maple Glazed Pork Chops are tender, juicy and full of delicious flavors. Hardwood smoke adds a wonderful layer of flavor to boneless pork chops that are finished with a sweet and savory maple glaze for a family favorite dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • ½ cup Maple Glaze

Instructions

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350° using hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Make the maple glaze and set aside.
  • Cook pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Flip the pork chops and brush with maple glaze.
  • Continue to cook with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Brush the pork chops with maple glaze and then turn the pork chop and brush the top side with maple glaze. Continue to cook until pork chops reach 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftover pork chops wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until heated through.
