Pineapple BBQ Chops a quick and easy dinner to make on the grill for every day of the week. Slathered in a sweet and tangy sauce that will have everyone coming back for more.
Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with hickory wood for the best smoke flavor.
Set pork chops out to come to room temperature and pat dry with paper towels.
Drizzle olive oil over pork chops and use a knife to pierce all over.
Cook pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for about 8 minutes.
Flip pork chops and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 165° using a digital thermometer. Total cook time will depend on the thickness of pork chops but should be about 15 minutes.
Remove from grill and spoon pineapple bbq sauce over pork chops.
Rest 5- 10 minutes and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Slice pork chops to reheat. Place in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of bbq sauce and 1 tablespoon of water per pork chop. Cook over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
