Grilled Smoked Sausage

Grilled Smoked Sausage is a family favorite.  All beef smoked sausage seasoned with our favorite dry rub cooks up in quick while being tender, juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Beef Smoked Rope Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Steak Rub

Instructions

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350°.
  • Remove sausage from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, coating the sausage on all sides.
  • Sprinkle with steak rub.
  • Cook over indirect fire with the grill closed for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover sausage in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat. Stir often until heated through.
