Pulled Pork Bowls
Pulled Pork Bowls are a quick and easy meal loaded with smoky barbecue pork, cilantro lime rice, black beans, and a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect sweet and spicy bite.

Warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle with Out Grilling Sweet BBQ Rub and stir until warmed through and crisp around the edges.
Prepare the rice.
Rinse and drain the beans. Add olive oil or bacon grease to a skillet with 1 cup diced onion. Sauté onion for about 5 minutes. Add beans and season with salt and pepper. Heat the black beans until warmed.
Spoon rice into each bowl, top with pulled pork and black beans.
Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with cilantro.
- Store leftovers in separate airtight containers for up to 3 days.
- Great for meal prep: assemble the components ahead and drizzle with hot honey just before serving.
- Reheat leftovers in a pan with a tablespoon or two of water, stirring until heated through.
