Scoop ground beef into meatballs, a medium size cookie scoop works great.
Grill meatballs over direct fire with the grill closed about 5 minutes.
Turn the meatballs to brown on all sides, continue to cook until meatballs reach 160° internal temperature using a digital meat thermometer.
Remove from grill.
In a skillet or saucepan, add cranberry bbq sauce and heat until sauce starts to bubble.
Add meatballs, stirring to coat completely. Lower to simmer and keep warm until ready to serve.
Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat meatballs in a pan with additional cranberry bbq sauce over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
