Grilled Cranberry Meatballs

  • Scoop ground beef into meatballs, a medium size cookie scoop works great.
  • Grill meatballs over direct fire with the grill closed about 5 minutes.
  • Turn the meatballs to brown on all sides, continue to cook until meatballs reach 160° internal temperature using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill. 
  • In a skillet or saucepan, add cranberry bbq sauce and heat until sauce starts to bubble.
  • Add meatballs, stirring to coat completely. Lower to simmer and keep warm until ready to serve.

 

    Notes

    Store leftover meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
    Reheat meatballs in a pan with additional cranberry bbq sauce over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
