Jalapeño Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces peach preserves
  • ½ cup V8 Juice
  • ¼ cup diced pickled or candied jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a medium-size saucepan, combine peach preserves, V8 juice, diced jalapeños, Worcestershire sauce, granulated garlic, smoked paprika and salt.
  • Whisk to combine and cook over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a low boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Store in covered jars in the refrigerator up to 3 months.

Notes

* For extra spicy sauce, add additional jalapeños, up to 1 cup total.
