Slice the focaccia bread in half to create tops and bottoms.
Spread pesto on the bottoms of the slices.
Top with sliced chicken, mozzarella and a few slices of tomato.
Place on a baking sheet and cook under the broiler for about 3- 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Spread mayonnaise or additional pesto on the top bread layer and place over the sandwiches.
Serve immediately.
