Garlic Cream Sauce

Garlic Cream Sauce is a great addition to grilled steaks, vegetables and pasta. This easy no cook creamy garlic sauce will elevate any meal with the amazing flavor combination.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced green onions green and white parts
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, add the heavy whipping cream with garlic, onions, spicy brown mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, dried thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk the mixture together until well combined.
  • Pour into a serving jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Cooked Variation:

If you don't like the sharp bite of raw garlic, you can sauté the onion and garlic in a tablespoon of butter or olive oil before stirring into the other ingredients.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Stir before serving.

Serving suggestions:

Grilled steak, chicken, pork or fish. A great topping for baked potatoes, corn on the cob and asparagus. Add to cooked pasta or rice.
