- 2 cups prune juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon ground chili flakes
In a pan add the prune juice, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce. Add the brown sugar, onion powder, granulated garlic, kosher salt, dry mustard and ground chili flakes.
Whisk together until well combined. Cook over medium heat, whisking occasionally. Bring the mixture to a low boil.
Remove from heat and cool slightly before serving.
Storage: Store homemade steak sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 months. Shake well before using.
