- 4 pork chops
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Dry pork chops with paper towels and place in a gallon size zip top baggie.
In a blender, add olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, honey, cumin, salt and pepper.
Blend 30 seconds, scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
Pour over pork chops. Squeeze out air and seal the baggie. Refrigerate 1- 4 hours.
Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory or pecan for smoke flavor.
Remove pork chops from marinade and place over indirect fire. Discard marinade.
Cook with the grill closed for 5 minutes. Turn the pork chops and continue to cook with the grill closed for another 8 - 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140- 145°.
Remove from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
Store pork chops in a zip top baggie or wrapped in aluminum foil in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated with olive oil. Cook over medium heat, turning to heat from both sides, about 4- 5 minutes.
