Instructions
Prepare a grill fire to about 300° with pecan or hickory.
Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Grill wings over indirect fire with the lid closed about 20 minutes.
Pour about a cup of maple bbq sauce into a large bowl, add wings and stir to coat.
Return wings to the grill and continue to cook about 10 minutes until wings reach 165° with a
