Peach BBQ Ribs

Peach BBQ Ribs are sweet and smoky that are super simple to make on the grill. It's so simple to get tender, juicy and delicious baby back ribs right at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of peach bbq sauce recipe below

Instructions

  • Set ribs out about 1 hour before cooking to come to room temperature.
  • Prepare a grill fire to 350° with hickory wood for smoke flavor. 
  • Take ribs from packaging and pat dry with paper towels.
  • On a clean baking sheet, lay ribs meaty side up and season with salt & pepper. 
  • Cook ribs over indirect heat, meaty side up with the grill closed.
  • Cook 1 hour maintaining a grill temperature of about 300° until internal temperature reaches about 180° using a digital thermometer.
  • Generously brush peach bbq sauce over ribs, close the lid and cook about 10 minutes more. Coat with bbq sauce again and continue cooking until ribs reach about 190- 200°.
  • Remove from the grill and allow to rest about 10 minutes before slicing. 
  • Serve immediately. 

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container or wrapped in foil in the refrigerator up to 4 days. 
To freeze: wrap tightly in 2 layers of plastic wrap and a layer of foil or use a vacuum sealer to seal. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator before reheating. 
Reheat ribs in a single layer in a baking pan. Brush with additional bbq sauce and cook in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
