Lemon Garlic Pork Chops are a quick and easy dinner that is bursting with flavor from the buttery lemon and garlic sauce that is brushed on after grilling. This is a surefire hit for any night of the week and delicious enough to serve to guests.

Instructions
Prepare a grill fire to 300° with oak or hickory wood for smoke flavor.
Cook pork chops over indirect heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Flip pork chops and cook until internal temperature reaches 145° with a digital thermometer.
Remove pork chops from the grill and cover with foil while you prepare the sauce.
Melt butter in a sauce pan with minced garlic and cook over low heat about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Return to burner and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
Brush over both sides of pork chops.
Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Reheat sliced pork chops over medium heat in a covered skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter about 4 - 6 minutes.
