Ingredients

  • 3 racks baby back ribs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Best Dry Rub

Instructions

  • Set ribs out about an hour before grilling to come to room temperature.
  • Remove packaging and dry ribs on all sides with paper towels and place on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and rub all over both sides.
  • Sprinkle about 1/3 cup of dry rub over each rack of ribs, pressing into the meat.
  • Prepare a grill fire or smoker to about 300° with hickory wood for smoke flavor.
  • Cook ribs over indirect heat for 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 190-200° with a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove to a baking pan and tent with foil. Rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftover ribs wrapped in several layers of plastic wrap and a layer of foil.
Reheat in a 325° oven, covered with foil, for about 12- 15 minutes.
