Grilled Corn on the Cob

- 5 ears of corn
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Remove husks and silks from corn.
Layer heavy foil on a small pan, big enough to make a packet around the corn.
Place butter in a small skillet and place over medium heat. Grate garlic clove into butter. Add salt and pepper, stir to combine and cook 5 minutes. Alternately, mix garlic, salt and pepper with softened butter.
Roll corn in garlic butter and place in foil or spread with garlic butter.
Pour any remaining butter over corn.
Fold foil around corn into a sealed packet.
Place corn over indirect heat on about a 300° fire.
Cook corn 20- 25 minutes.
Remove from grill and leave packet sealed until ready to serve.
Roll corn in butter from the foil before serving.
