Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • pinch chili flakes minced

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat. Add horseradish, brown mustard, chopped chives, thyme, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  • Whisk together and place in a small bowl. Refrigerate while you prepare the steaks.
  • Stir before spooning over grilled steaks, burgers or roast beef.
