- ½ cup salted butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- pinch chili flakes minced
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add horseradish, brown mustard, chopped chives, thyme, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Whisk together and place in a small bowl. Refrigerate while you prepare the steaks.
