- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 14 ounce bag slaw mix or 6 cups shredded cabbage + 1/2 cup shredded carrrots
Add mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Add slaw mix to the bowl and mix throroughly.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Storage: Coleslaw can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
Variations: White vinegar can be substituted for cider vinegar.
Other Add Ins: Sliced green onions, diced celery or diced apples will add more crunch and additional flavors.
