Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 14 ounce bag slaw mix or 6 cups shredded cabbage + 1/2 cup shredded carrrots

Instructions

  • Add mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Add slaw mix to the bowl and mix throroughly.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Storage: Coleslaw can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
Variations: White vinegar can be substituted for cider vinegar.
Other Add Ins: Sliced green onions, diced celery or diced apples will add more crunch and additional flavors.
