Build a grill fire to 300° using pecan or hickory.
Pat pork loin dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with pork rub, coating the entire roast.
Cook the pork loin over indirect fire with the grill closed. Continue to cook for 1 hour. Check the internal temperature with a digital meat thermometer and continue to cook until temperature reaches 140°.
Remove to a cutting board and rest 15 minutes before slicing.
Slice the pork loin and place in an oven proof dish. Pour the jalapeño bbq sauce over the pork.
Broil for 5 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Store leftover pork in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat in a skillet with additional sauce over medium heat. Stir occasionally until heated through.
