Hi Pam,
We haven’t tried canning it but it keeps really well in the refrigerator if you don’t use it all at once.

If you use gluten free worcestershire sauce, it should be.

I made this but used whole jar of orange marmalade, subbed orange juice for the pineapple, and subbed freshly grated ginger for the rosemary. Most delicious

The recipe card is at the very bottom of the post with all of the measurements. There is a “jump to recipe” button at the top that will take you right to it.

What are the measurements? Looks like a good sauce if we knew what to put in it.
