Garlic and onion pork chops are cooked with grilling, and I prefer cooking of grilling recipes with pure ghee because ghee offers higher smoke point. I have used ghee instead of olive oil. Ghee vs olive oil shows that ghee is a better option for this chop recipes. I love ghee cooking.
I prefer using Milkio grass-fed ghee for all my recipes.

In reply to <a href="https://outgrilling.com/garlic-and-onion-pork-chops/#comment-2564">Bev</a>.

Hi Bev,
You can bake these pork chops. Place on a sheet pan and bake at 375°for 15-20 minutes, until pork chops reach 145° internal temperature. Cooking time will depend on how thick your pork chops are.
