For the Ham

  • 7- 10 pound bone-in ham
  • ½ Cup Smoked Cane Syrup
  • ¾ cup Pork Rub

  • Discard rosemary and pour into a jar.

How to Grill Smoked Cane Syrup Ham:

  • Pat ham dry with paper towels and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Inject 1/2 cup smoked cane syrup into ham, using an injector.
