Bacon Ranch Corn

Bacon Ranch Corn on the Cob is a flavorful and delicious side dish to add to your next meal on the grill.  Made in a foil packet with ranch flavored butter and topped with crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears of corn husks and silks removed
  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Place corn on a large piece of heavy duty foil.
  • Melt butter in a small skillet and add ranch dressing, onion powder, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  • Brush butter over corn on all sides.
  • Seal the foil around the corn to form a sealed packet.
  • Cook corn over indirect fire with the grill lid shut with a temperature of about 350° for 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Remove packet from grill and open carefully, it may steam.
  • Place corn on a serving tray and top with crispy bacon crumbles.

Notes

Store leftover corn in a zip top bag in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
Reheat in a foil packet in a 350* oven for about 15 minutes, or in a 350° air fryer for about 3- 4 minutes. Serve with additional butter.
