- 2 pounds smoked pork shoulder
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- For Serving:
- Flour Tortillas
- Diced Onion
- Diced Avocado
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Cilantro
Preheat oven to 425°.
Shred or chop smoked pork and place on a sheet pan.
In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin and salt.
Pour over pork and stir until well coated.
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring about halfway through the cooking time.
Serve pork with flour tortillas and desired toppings.
Store leftover carnitas in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
Reheat pork in a skillet with about a tablespoon orange juice over medium heat. Stir often, cooking until heated through.
