- 12 ounces Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Whisk together and cook over medium heat, bringing mixture to a boil.
Stir frequently and cook 3-5 minutes more.
Remove from heat and cool slightly before using.
Maple glaze can be made in advance. Store cooled glaze in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
Bring to room temperature or heat slightly before using.
