Maple Glaze

Maple Glaze is the perfect addition to our favorite grilled meats. The sweet and savory mix adds incredible flavor to everything from a holiday ham to your favorite grilled wings.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground rosemary

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Whisk together and cook over medium heat, bringing mixture to a boil.
  • Stir frequently and cook 3-5 minutes more.
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly before using.

Notes

Maple glaze can be made in advance. Store cooled glaze in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
Bring to room temperature or heat slightly before using.
