- 20 ounces Blackberry All Fruit
- 1 cup V8 juice
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
Add blackberry all fruit, V8 juice, dark brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic and paprika to a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, whisking until well combined. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally until mxiture comes to a low boil. Lower to simmer, cooking 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 months.
Blackberry BBQ Sauce will keep in the refrigerator up to 3 months in a jar with a tight lid.
Uses: Brush over grilled meats like ribs, pork chops, ham, chicken wings or burgers.
Make it Spicy: Add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a hot bbq sauce.
