Venison Steak

Ingredients: – Venison Tenderloin or Back Straps – Butter – Fresh Garlic – Rosemary – Brown Sugar – Salt & Pepper – Chili Flakes

Pour garlic butter over steaks.

Grill Steaks to  about 125° internal temperature

Rest steaks 10 minutes before slicing

Slice and Serve
