Grill or Oven Method

Start with Ground Venison

Brown Sugar – Granulated Garlic – Onion Flakes – Kosher Salt – Black Pepper – Dry Mustard

Mix Brown Sugar & Spices

Combine Ground Venison Water & Spices

Add mixture to sausage stuffer.

Stuff into  casings.

Tie ends with butcher twine.

Grill with hickory smoke for 30 minutes.

Remove from  grill & cool.  Cut into links. 

Package with a vacuum sealer. Refrigerate or Freeze.
