BOIL 5 MINUTES & SET ASIDE OR REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE

PAT WINGS DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS

PREPARE GRILL FIRE TO ABOUT 300° USING PECAN OR HICKORY

GRILL 20 MINUTES ~ LID CLOSED

REMOVE TO A BOWL DRIZZLE WITH MAPLE GLAZE ~ TOSS TO COAT

GRILL WINGS ANOTHER  10 MINUTES OR UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165°
