Smoked Mac & Cheese

Elbow Macaroni + Butter All Purpose Flour  Granulated Garlic + Kosher Salt Black Pepper + Milk Cream Cheese

Boil Macaroni  for 5 - 6  minutes.

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain & chop.

Drain the macaroni.

Cook butter, flour,  salt, pepper, garlic. 

Whisk in milk.

Add cream cheese, whisk until sauce starts to thicken.

Whisk in the shredded cheese.

Stir until smooth.

Mix in cooked and drained macaroni.

Pour into a cast iron skillet or foil pan.

Top with crumbled bacon.

Grill for 15- 20 minutes.

Cook mac and cheese is heated through, remove from grill and serve immediately.

Perfect for any day of the week and delicious enough for holidays.
