Over The Top

Ingredients: Chili Meat or  Ground Beef Chili Seasoning Olive Oil Onions & Bell Peppers Pinto Beans V8 Juice Beef Broth

Mix  Chili Meat & Chili Seasoning

Cook Onions & Peppers in Olive Oil

Cook about 10 Minutes until softened

Add V8 Juice Beef Broth Pinto Beans Chili Seasoning

Shape Chili Meat into a  rectangle. Place on a wire rack & place on top of  dutch oven

Place dutch oven on grill and  cook @ 300° about 25- 30 minutes

Cook until internal temp reaches 165°

Remove from Grill & Place on cookie sheet

Crumble Chili Meat

Add to dutch oven

Simmer until ready to serve

Top with cheese sour cream green onions & Fritos
