Grilled  Venison Chili

Ingredients: Ground Venison + Ground Chuck  Bacon Onions + Bell Peppers + Carrot Chili Seasoning + Brown Sugar V8 Juice + Diced Tomatoes  Pinto Beans

Cook bacon until crisp. Cook vegetables until softened.

Mix venison & ground chuck with chili seasoning.

Add V8 juice, tomatoes, beans and chili seasoning to vegetables.

Form meat into a 2 inch thick loaf. Place on a wire rack over the dutch oven. Grill for 1 hour.

Chop the venison and add to the chili mixture with the bacon.

Keep warm until serving.

Garnish with cheese, jalapenos, cilantro and Fritos.
