Grill @ 300° pecan or hickory for  smoke Cook to  165° internal  temp

Remove from Grill and Set aside

Make  Marinara: tomato sauce fennel seeds basil, oregano, thyme, salt brown sugar

Slice Hoagie Buns top with Meatballs

Top with Cheese

Toast on Grill for 5 - 8 Minutes
