Grilled Italian Pork Chops with Zucchini

Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian rub to a pie plate. Whisk to combine.

Add the pork chops to the marinade, turn to coat.

Cut zucchini into wedges and coat with olive oil and Italian Rub.

Grill pork chops and zucchini with the grill closed 5 minutes.

Turn the pork chops and zucchini. Continue to cook until pork chops reach 145° internal temperature.

Remove from grill to a serving platter and rest 5 minutes before serving.
