GRILLED BBQ MEATLOAF

INGREDIENTS: – olive oil – onion – red bell peppers – garlic cloves – lean ground beef – eggs – Italian seasonings – black pepper –  kosher salt –  granulated garlic –  homemade barbecue  sauce

Cook Onions Bell Peppers & Garlic in Olive Oil

Cook until vegetables are softened

Combine ground beef  eggs,  sautéd vegetables & spices. Shape into loaf.

Grill with hickory at 350° 25 minutes

Brush with BBQ Sauce cook to 165°

Rest 10 minutes before slicing

Smoky &  Delicious!

Serve with mashed potatoes & broccoli
