Butterfly the lobster tails
Pull the meat above the shell and press the shell back together.
Cut steak into bites. Thread onto skewers

Brush Garlic Butter over Lobster Tails
Brush Garlic Butter over Steak Bites
Grill over Indirect Fire 300° for about 15 Minutes
Grill steak kabobs alongside lobster tails to 130-135°
Cook lobster to 145° internal temperature
