Grilled Chicken Parmesan Soup

Inject chicken with butter, season with Italian Rub. Grill until chicken reaches 165°.

Dice the chicken.

Dice carrots, onions, garlic. Cook in olive oil. Add tomato sauce.

Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, pasta, pesto & diced chicken

Cook until pasta is tender. Add grated Parmesan. 

Garnish with fresh basil and more Parmesan cheese.
