Brisket Stuffed Poblanos

Slice poblanos. Remove the seeds and membranes. Chop brisket & shred cheese.

Mix brisket with cheese, diced tomatoes & garlic.

Stuff filling into poblanos.

Place stuffed poblanos onto the grill and cook with the grill closed.

Cook for 30 minutes or until filling is heated through & peppers are softened.

Garnish with green onions and diced tomatoes.
