Grill @ 300° over indirect fire  Brush with reserved marinade

Cook to 165° internal temperature

Remove from grill  tent with foil

Cheese Sauce

Butter + All Purpose Flour

Whisk in Milk

Add Cheese Garlic Paprika Salt & Pepper

Cook until smooth

Drizzle Cheese Over Skewers
